1. What types of information do we collect from you?
- Data regarding your name, mailing and email address will be collected when you register as a member to our site for market research by us or our trusted affiliates.
- Bank account or credit card details, expiry dates and other security features about your payment method will be collected when you place an order with us. Password and specific secure data will be encrypted as a requirement by your bank or card provider.
2. How do we use your information?
- All the information you give us pertaining to online shopping will only be used to help us process your purchase securely. Some information such as your credit card and security details are automatically encrypted by third party providers that your bank, or Paypal use to protect you. We may also use your information when you buy medical products to contact you in rare cases of emergency product recalls prompted by the manufacturer or the UK or EU regulators.

- Information relating to your prescriptions as a result of using any of our Prescription Services is only accessed by our pharmacy staff who deal with your medical records under the NHS Confidentiality Code of Practice. We do not use patient data for marketing or promotional purposes, and non-pharmacy staff do not have access to patient medication records.
